THE INCREDIBLES 2 ON ITS WAY
Brad Bird, director and writer for The Incredibles (and Edna Mode’s voice) has declared to be getting ready for the film’s sequel. He admitted it was because “he loves those characters and their world”. He has already thought of many elements he thinks would work great for The Incredibles 2, but has to first finish Walt Disney Pictures’ Tomorrowland with George Clooney and Hugh Laurie, which will be released December 2014. This could mean that the film could be coming in 2016 or 2017.

Images have been released of more Disney characters that will be appearing (one way or the other), in the new video game Disney Infinity.
Characters such as Snow White, Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Dumbo, Cinderella, Stitch (Lilo & Stitch), Maximus (Tangled), Abu (Aladdin), Vanellope Von Schweetz (Wreck-it Ralph), Khan (Mulan) are alongside other characters (many Pixar ones) that had been already confirmed to appear, such as Sully (Monsters Inc), Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean), Mr. Incredible (The Incredibles), Jack Skellington (The Nightmare Before Christmas) and Woody (Toy Story).
OFFICIAL DISNEY INFINITY CHARACTERS ARE ANNOUNCED
The videogame Disney Infinity which will be released later this year has offically announced the Disney characters who will be in it. Ralph, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Lightning McQueen, Mater, Mr. Incredible, Frozono, Edna Mode, Phineas, Perry, Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington, Mike Wasowski, Sully and a few others will be some of the characters you’d be able to choose from and play in this Disney Interactive video game which reunites Disney and Pixar characters.
Personally, I would have loved to see more of the classic characters from the Disney Renaissance like from The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and some from way back like Peter Pan!

DISNEY FUN FACT- FRANK THOMAS AND OLLIE JOHNSTON
Towards the end of Pixar’s The Incredibles, there are two old men that exclaim, “That’s old school.” as the other replies, “Now that’s the way you do it.”. This is a tribute to a pair that were inseparable icons in Disney’s history Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston.
These two were a part of the original “Nine Old Men”, Disney’s core animators that stuck with the productions from Snow White to The Rescuers. Both of the animators voiced their own parts, but Frank passed away before he could see the final product.
Frank was the last of the “Nine Old Men” to pass away in 2008.
