As of March 23, 2012, Disney Legend Glen Keane has left the Walt Disney animation studios. Glen served as a mentor to several Disney artists and a hero to those aspiring to work for the company. This post is in honor of his outstanding work in animation, his ability to breathe life into that which was once without and his dedication to the Walt Disney company.
These are some of the looks animators were planning at some point for these Disney characters. Can you imagine if they ended up looking like that?

I love BELLE’s OUTFITS! In fact, so much that I figured it deserved its own appreciation post. I realized that her fahion style is simple, yet elegant. Bright colours, capes and bows will always be a flirty and feminine, yet simple and comfortable touch.
Concept Art for Gaston (Beauty and the Beast) back when he was thought to be an aristocrat who was not into hunting at all, although he was a lot into himself as was the final version.
