When you arrive home
I sense the smell of humid grass at night,
crickets rubbing their legs combine in an orchestra with birds singing,
children riding their bikes,
the sound of the sea ajar.
Some fireworks are already bursting, their sound eco through the palm trees.
I can even hear the wind whistling.
People pass by in the usual night walk, mostly in pairs.

Ub Iwerks: the forgotten side of Disney Animation
There is no discussion in saying that Disney would not be what it has come to today without the talented hand of Ub Iwerks and his loyalty to no other than Walter Elias Disney (some say they are the oldest and inseperable friends) .
Ubbe Ert Iwwerks was his original name, after his father with frisian roots (Northwest Germany). He was born in Kansas in 1901 (same year as Walt).
